OSPM-Admin 6.01 Installation Instructions


To install OSPInSight OSPM-Admin 6.01:

  1. Download the OSPM6.0CoreWMapX.zip and OSPMAdmin6.01Patch.zip files to a temporary location on your hard drive.
  2. If you have a version 2.0 of OSPM-Admin currently installed on your computer, remove it. (Note: Admin 1.0 is OK to have on your computer).
  3. Extract the OSPM6.0CoreWMapX.zip file and run the setup.exe.
  4. Extract the OSPMAdmin6.01Patch.zip file and run the setup.exe.

Notes:

  1. If you get an “Error Number: 523” when attempting to run a CSA report, try the following to fix the problem:
    1. Navigate to the folder "C:\Program Files\OSPInSight\OSPM\Common"
    2. Copy the file VB5DB.DLL
    3. Paste this file to "C:\WINNT\system32"
  2. Once downloaded and installed, you will find a .PDF file with instructions in the "OSPM/Admin" directory. (C:\Program Files\OSPInSight\OSPM\Admin)
