OSPInSight OSPM-Web Installation Instructions for PATCHES


When updating OSPM-Web, you can use either an automatic update from within the application or you can perform a manual update. The directions for both are shown below.

Automated update from within OSPM-Web

  1. Log into OSPM-Web as an Administrator.
  2. From the Main Page, click on the option "Update OSPM-Web."
  3. On the next page click on "Update."
  4. A message will appear stating that the update has been successful. Return to the Main Page and logout of OSPM-Web.
  5. Login to OSPM-Web and the application will now have the patch installed.

Manual Update

  1. Download the zip file.
  2. Unzip the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
  3. Within the zip file there is another zip file named com.zip. Unzip com.zip to the following directory: “C:\Program Files\OSPInSight\OSPM\Web\WEB-INF\classes.”
  4. Run OSPM-Web. If there are problems, reboot your computer.
