ORDER TRACKING
We can provide assistance if you have a question concerning when your product has shipped or if you need tracking numbers provided as confirmation of shipment. Additionally, we can research what product has been shipped to you and provide options in the event that there is a problem with your shipped product.

SOFTWARE UNLOCKING AND PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Our products require registration in order to unlock the software. Each copy of the software ships with 10 complimentary days before the software will lock thereby requiring you to register. This means that after installation, you may use the software for up to ten days. After that time, the software will lock and you are required to register in order to permanently unlock the software. GENERAL QUESTIONS
If you have a general inquiry concerning your purchase of an AFO product or service, we are here to answer your inquiry. If your question is of a technical or sales nature, we will be happy to route your inquiry appropriately so that you are able to get the assistance you need quickly.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Exchange Policy:
In the event that you have received a product that you wish to exchange for another similarly priced software product, you may contact either your AFO Sales Representative/Reseller or AFO Customer Service within 45 days to request an exchange of your software product.

AFO will consider exchange requests made after 45 days on a case-by-case basis. It is our general policy to only honor exchange requests after 45 days that are either being made either as a result of a Software defect or an agreement by AFO to exchange your Software purchase with in conjunction with the purchase of upgraded software.

Return Policy:
AFO stands behind the quality of our software and data products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your AFO purchase, you may return the product to your place of purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges.* We will accept software returns requested within 45 days of purchase, however any returns requested between 31 and 45 days of purchase will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns over 45 days are only accepted in the event of extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case by case basis and if accepted are subjected to a restocking fee to be agreed upon prior to acceptance of the software or data product.

*This Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy does not apply to specially, custom processed software and/or data or Intranet/Internet solutions. These products and services are developed under custom or solution-specific contracts and are governed by the terms of the contract agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Return Procedure:
In order to return your OSPInSight Software directly to AFO, you must contact your AFO Customer Service department and obtain authorization.

Return all copies of the software, data and accompanying documentation after destroying all backups and copies of documentation to your original place of purchase. Your refund will be processed upon return of the software and will be for the purchase price less any shipping or applicable restocking fees.
