However, most end-users find they have a significant need for support during their first year using OSPM-Edit in order to increase their knowledge base of this extensive management tool. With a technical support agreement you have toll-free access to AFO technical-support professionals Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm MST, excluding AFO holidays. Please remember to have your serial number when contacting AFO Technical Support.
