As the OSPInsight product continues to grow, we have identified a need to make OSPInsight support services even more accessible, which is why we put together the Support+ Add-On.

The Support+ Add-On is for maintenance, training, reporting and support tasks. Designed to be flexible and allow for monthly recurring services. These professional support services have become essential to our customers' success.

Available now, this versatile subscription will allow OSPInsight users to get ongoing services and consulting they need to build a successful System of Record (SoR) and move up the Fiber Maturity Model.


OSPi_OSPInsight Add-Ons_Support+_Data Validation

What is data validation?

This option provides an audit of your database’s data.  After the audit is complete, a data validation report is provided and a 1-hour call will be scheduled to provide consultation with the results, providing direction on how clients can act on provided results.

The data validation report shows splicing and connectivity issues.​


OSPi_OSPInsight Add-Ons_Support+_Database backup delivery

What is database backup delivery?

This option provides you with a backup (.bak file) of your database to be downloaded from our ShareFile location.

Note: This service is only available to OSPInsight hosted databases


OSPi_OSPInsight Add-Ons_Support+_Exports

What are exports?

This option provides CSV, PNG and KML exports of your database, delivered to be downloaded from our ShareFile location.

To help with 811 reports, for example, you have the option to have exports delivered on a recurring basis.

Note: Databases not hosted by us will need to be uploaded to our ShareFile location


OSPi_OSPInsight Add-Ons_Support+_Reporting

What is reporting?

This option provides you with a customized report of your database.  This report is pulled from our Reports Add-On

Reports can be pulled and delivered to you for the analysis of cables spans, route end points, and route lengths, to name a few.

Note: Databases not hosted by us will need to be uploaded to our ShareFile location

What is data consulting?

This option provides you with consultations to ensure you are taking the best approach with data entry.

We will discuss how best to synergize your data with OSPInsight to give it the look and feel you want.


OSPi_OSPInsight Add-Ons_Support+_Focused and customized training sessions

What are focused and customized training sessions?

This option provides you with on demand training sessions with a focus on features chosen by you. A meeting will be set up for a deep dive into anything OSPInsight related.

The focused nature of these sessions will bring all tips and tricks to the surface. With an open dialogue format, you can aim the meeting’s focus on specific things that interest you. Some examples include:

  • Custom themes
  • Field and column customization
  • Reporting
  • Splitters and equipment
  • Work orders
  • Label configurations
  • Setting up object types
  • Route details and taper reports

OSPi_OSPInsight Add-Ons_Support+_WMS Hosting

What is WMS Hosting?

This option provides you with an OSPInsight hosted custom map layer.

Note: Not to exceed 1 hour of layer imports or upkeep per month without incurring additional fees.

Our solution engineers have been there to assist OSPInsight customers for over 25 years to provide those answers. These services have generally been provided on a case-by-case basis and have been essential to our customers' success. As OSPInsight continues to grow, we have identified a need to make this service even more accessible, which is why we are happy to introduce the new Support+ service package.
