3.          Sharing of Personal Information. We do not rent or sell your personal information. We may use aggregate information that does not identify you, such as survey responses and other statistical information for any purpose.

We may share your Personal Information with others, such as our subsidiaries or affiliates, contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information secure and to use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. The legal basis for this processing for EU data is Art. 6 para 1 b) of the GDPR (fulfilment of your request) and Art. 28 of the GDPR (order processing).

We use a number of third party tools to administer the Online Services. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the services.  We use HubSpot to manage your contact information and provide marketing emails and other services. We also use and manage third party tags in the Online Services.  We use these tags to learn how you interact with our site, and use this information to help us provide you with a better experience. We use Adobe Typekit to provide a more immersive experience while using our website.  Typekit utilizes cookies to provide you with this experience. By accessing the Online Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors.  We do not control the third party’s use of those cookies and some of these parties may use cookies in ways we do not. You should review the privacy policies of these third-party vendors and contact them directly with any questions.

4.          International Data Transfers. By using the Services, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer of your personal information to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Notice.

5.          Disclosures Pertaining to Data Subjects of the EU pursuant to the GDPR

5.1.          Data Retention Period. We retain your personal information for as long as you remain a member, user, or subscriber of our services and thereafter only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law, including to fulfill a legal obligation.

5.2.          Data Subject Rights. If you are a data subject residing in the European Economic Area, you have various rights:

    • Right to revocation of consents: You can revoke any consents you have given to us at any time. Data processing based on the revoked consent will be discontinued.
    • Right of access: You can request information about your personal information that we process. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of data processing, the categories of personal information, the categories of recipients, the duration of the storage period, the origin of your data and the existence of automated decision making including profiling.
    • Right to rectification: If you change or correct the stored data and delete old entries, the previously entered data is automatically and completely deleted. A specific request for correction or deletion is not required. You can edit your personal information at any time. However, you can also demand the correction of incorrect personal information or the completion of your personal information stored by us by contacting us using the information below.
    • Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal information stored with us, to the extent the processing thereof is not necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
    • Right to restriction of processing: You may request that the processing of your personal information be restricted if you dispute the accuracy of the data. You also have this right if we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. In addition, you have this right if you have objected to the processing of your personal information.
    • Right to data portability: You may request that we provide you with the personal information you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Alternatively, you can request the direct transmission of the personal information you have provided to us to another responsible party, if possible.
    • Right to lodge a complaint: You may complain to the supervisory authority responsible for us if you believe that we are processing your personal information illegally.

If we process your personal information based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing. If you wish to exercise your right of objection, you only need to notify us in writing using the contact information that appears below in Section 10.

We are required to respond to any of your requests to exercise these above rights within 30 days. Should we be unable to comply within 30 days, we will contact you anyway and let you know of any delay.

6.          Security Measures. We use technical and organizational measures, such as encryption technologies, to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, use, or alteration. We review our security measures regularly and consider new measures as appropriate. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of these measures, so please exercise caution when submitting personal information online.

If you visit the Site or use the Online Services, cookies, tracking pixels, local shared objects, and/or related technologies may be used to help us measure the number of visits, average time spent, page views and other statistics relating to the Online Service and/or for targeted advertising purposes.
